Microphones removal

Before you begin: First remove the USB dongle cap, the right rear cap, the left rear cap, the stand, and the T rear cover.

Steps

1. Partially remove the webcam holder.
2. Detach the motherboard connector from the left side microphone.
3. Remove the screw securing each microphone to the front bezel.  
4. Pull the microphones connector out of its cable guides on the front bezel.
5. Remove the microphones from the PC.

Microphones replacement

Steps

1. To replace the microphones, first press the connector into its cable guides on the front bezel.
2. Align the screw hole on each microphone with the screw hole on the front bezel.
3. Replace both screws - one for each microphone.
4. Replace the connector to the left side microphone.
5. Replace the webcam holder.
