Memory removal

Before you begin: Remove the stand, optical drive door, rear cover, and minor bracket.

1. Push both arms out simultaneously to release the memory module to the spring tension position.
2. Pull the memory module out of the socket.

Memory replacement

1. Match the notch on the memory module with the key on the memory socket.
2. Push the module firmly into the socket.
3. Press the memory module down to latch the arms.
